Shipping policy
Express shipping refers to how long the courier takes to deliver your parcel from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches you. It does not move your parcel ahead in our packing queue. All orders are packed in the order they come through the system, unless you select and pay for the Jump the Queue Service at checkout, in which case your order is moved to the front of the queue.

If every item you selected is in stock, your order is usually dispatched within 1-2 days and then handed to our postal carrier. On average, 3-5 business days is typical, though it can be sooner
or later depending on where you are located.
We offer same day dispatch (outside of sale periods), so if you place your order before 2pm we will have it sent out that same day. Whether you choose standard or express will ultimately affect the arrival time. Once the parcel has left our warehouse, this is no longer within our control.
Please contact our support team first and we will send you the correct returns address for your parcel.
Include a note
with your full name, order number, address and product. Please make sure the product is packaged well and returned in the same condition. Note that we can’t accept scratched, used or damaged stock, including boxes.
Our team understands that different customers prioritise different values when shopping, so while there is still stock in the old packaging it stays available at a discounted price. That way, whether price or package quality matters more to you, there is an option for each. Please note: not all shades and products are available in both old and new packaging.
Returns and exchanges
If your product is unused and unopened we can swap it free of charge, as long as the return is sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving the item. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept opened or used products.
We do have samples available on the website, and we encourage you to add one to your full size purchase so you can open and trial the sample shade before opening the full size.
Sometimes your order confirmation ends up in your email’s Junk/Spam folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation, please contact our friendly customer service team.
PRODUCT FAQs
For a seamless, perfected application, using the Round Blending Brush or a damp Pro Blender is strongly encouraged. The sponge on the Pro Finish Foundation and the brush on the Stick Cream Foundation were added for extra convenience when applying on the go. Like other application tools, both work best when foundation is applied to the face in sections and blended with circular and pressing motions.
To thoroughly clean the sponge and brush attached to the Pro Finish and Stick Cream Foundation, use the Brush Cleaner and a face washer to buff out excess product and water. Baby Shampoo can also be used to clean both applicators. Remove them before cleaning and make sure they are thoroughly dried before re-attaching them to the product.
Our Pressed and Loose Powder foundations offer a very similar finish and it purely comes down to personal preference. Both offer similar coverage. Our loose powder has a very slight illuminate in it to give a natural glow, while our pressed powder is a more matte finish.
We highly recommend priming your face using either our Mineral Primer for normal to drier skins, or our Mattifying Primer for normal to oily skins and anyone who likes a more matte finish. This ensures your foundation products bind well to your skin. We also highly recommend setting your base with one of our setting powders. This helps your base last all day, prevents too much shine and prevents transferring.
We have a colour matching service where our friendly, highly trained skin specialists would be more than willing to assist you in choosing your perfect shade and the best products for your skin type.
Our Powder Foundations are designed to add coverage and SPF properties to your base. We would still recommend setting your base using specifically designed setting powders.
We believe it is important to cleanse your skin in the morning to remove any excess oils, along with cleansing twice in the evening; once to remove your makeup and once to cleanse your skin and pores.
Our trio serums, when used together, are designed to replace other skin moisturisers. Using these alongside our cleanse and exfoliate should be a sufficient skin care routine.
Each serum is designed for a specific purpose, so the serums that suit you best depend on your concerns. The Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C serums are designed to penetrate the skin for the best results, and you will need to use them with a carrier like our rejuvenation oil or a moisturiser. We designed 3 different serums to ensure they are at their highest concentration level.

We believe that all of our makeup and skincare products are safe to use while pregnant and breastfeeding, with the exception of the rejuvenation oil. That product contains Retinyl Palmitate, which is not suggested for use whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. We recommend you check with your OB before using this product.
