Rewards points can still be earned during the sale, but they strictly can not be used or redeemed on sale items or at any point during the sale period listed above.
Please double-check that every detail on your order is correct at checkout, including the shipping address and the items selected. Because of the high volume of orders during the Promotional Period, we are unable to guarantee order amendments, address changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Free Gift with Purchase – While we'd love to help, if a free gift isn't added to the cart at checkout, we're unable to add it manually afterwards due to the high order volumes during sale periods.
**If the free Gift With Purchase sells out, we reserve the right to change the product at any time necessary.
Order Cancellations – While we can not allow order cancellations during the sale, on the off chance the order has not yet been packed by the warehouse, we can cancel it for a strict fee of 15% of the order value.
Order Changes – Please note that requesting changes to an order can delay processing and dispatch, as amended orders may lose their original place in the dispatch queue. We can not guarantee order edits during the sale.
Any free shipping thresholds or promotional shipping offers apply after discounts and transit cover have been applied.
We reserve the right to amend, extend, withdraw or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer law.

Payment Methods
You can order online securely – we use the Paypal secure shopping basket and also offer Afterpay, Zippay, Klarna and Stripe secure checkout options.
Coupon Codes
Each Coupon Code may come with its own limitations and restrictions. Strictly one offer per person / per order, and codes can't be used in conjunction with anything else. Discount codes can not be stacked.
Subscription products can not be combined with any other offer. As subscription products already carry a discounted %, that discount can not be used alongside any other offer or promotion.
Product orders can not be placed individually within a short space of time in order to take advantage of multiple discount codes.
Code limitations may change at any time.
Discount codes and Gift Vouchers can not be reactivated once they have expired.
Please note that we do not allow any third party to advertise our discount codes without our permission. We will seek further action if these are not removed when requested.

Discounted samples are only to be added alongside a full size product purchase. 1 x Full Size Product order allows for 1 x discounted sample purchase.
Free Gift
To be eligible for a free gift you must spend the advertised spend qualifier. The free gift can not be added after the order is placed — you must add it to your order to claim the offer before the order is placed. The free gift is not valid with subscriptions or with any other offer or discount code.
Free Gifts can not be added to Gift Card orders.
Shade Match Guarantee

Foundation Swap: If you purchase a full-size Pro Finish Liquid Foundation and are colour matched by our in house Team (using live chat or the colour match form) and the shade doesn't match, we will exchange it for the correct shade for you, even if the product has been used. Simply send the product back to our HQ, and once we receive it, we'll send you the correct shade.

14-Day Return Window: To take advantage of our Shade Match Guarantee, you must contact us and return the foundation within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return has been initiated within the 14-day time period, we will cover the shipping cost to send you the correct shade. However, if the return is made after 14 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product and for the correct shade being sent back. If it has been 30+ days since you received your order, unfortunately you no longer qualify for the shade match guarantee.

Return Process: To initiate the swap, simply reach out to us by email at lustmineralsmakeup@gmail.com with proof of purchase and proof of the colour match by our Team, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

No Returns or Refunds: Please note that we do not offer returns, credits or refunds as part of this — only exchanges of the full-size Pro Finish Liquid Foundation for the correct shade under the Shade Match Guarantee conditions.
Perfectly Imperfect
Please note we do not offer refunds, credits or returns on perfectly imperfect items, as they are sale items. Please choose carefully and reach out to our team anytime for support.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a product under a subscription, the product/s are automatically delivered on your schedule.
Once signed up to a subscription, a minimum of two deliveries are required before you can cancel. No other discount codes or offers are valid with subscriptions.
Shipping
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. While we will do our best to update shipping details after an order has been placed if an error was made, we can't guarantee anything. This is because our Warehouse Team has a quick turnaround when printing and shipping customer orders and the parcel may have already left our Warehouse.
Please check your details thoroughly at checkout.
We are not liable for any further taxes or fees charged to the customer on arrival for international orders, if any apply.
**If a refund is approved on an order that has already been shipped, that order will incur a 15% fee, and any shipping costs incurred by the brand will be passed on to the customer. The brand does not cover return shipping fees.
Customer Affiliate Program
Our Customer Affiliate Program is exclusively for existing Lust Minerals customers who have made a purchase. Promotion of this affiliate program must be organic — paid advertising is not permitted. If these guidelines are violated, you will forfeit your commissions.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days for in stock items (this excludes Sale Periods). Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Domestic: Free standard shipping on orders over $149.00 - subject to change. International: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
Delivery Times
Please visit our shipping policy pages for estimates provided by the courier. Please be aware that while we are responsible for dispatching your order on time, once the parcel is with the courier we no longer have control over its delivery.
Tracking Orders
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at lustmineralsmakeup@gmail.com for assistance. We do recommend adding transit cover, which is parcel insurance, as this covers you in the event that this happens.
14. Returns and Refunds Policy

Proof of Purchase
To process any refund, store credit or exchange request, please provide:

- A clear photo of the original pick slip included with your order

Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and are only accepted on unused, unopened full-size products returned in their original, undamaged packaging and in re-saleable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used products
- Sale or promotional items
- Samples
- Gift cards
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. We do not refund shipping fees incurred by the brand. The original purchase amount may be refunded minus shipping fees.
How to Lodge a Return
To initiate a return, please contact lustmineralsmakeup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions once eligibility has been confirmed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty.
Sensitive or Allergy-Prone Skin
As individual skin types can vary significantly, customers with sensitive or allergy-prone skin are strongly encouraged to purchase a sample size prior to ordering a full-size product.
If you experience an allergic or sensitivity reaction after using a full-size product, you may return the product to us at your own expense. Once the product has been received at our warehouse, a store credit for the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) will be issued within 3 business days
Refunds are not provided for allergic or sensitivity reactions, as these are personal and cannot be predicted. We encourage a patch test before using any new product.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Where a return is approved outside of our consumer law obligations, we offer store credit or product replacement only.
Faulty or Incorrect Products

Refunds / Order Cancellation

In limited circumstances, a refund may be approved at our discretion. Where approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and will incur a 15% administration fee.
This administration fee does not apply to refunds for faulty products or where a refund is required under applicable consumer law.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and are not included in store credits or refund totals.
