Step 1: Cleanse — AM & PM
Apply the Superfood Gel Cleanser to damp skin. Massage in gentle circular motions across the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water. We recommend double cleansing both AM and PM, the Hydractin complex is activated with water, meaning every cleanse is also delivering a hydration hit. The second cleanse in the evening ensures SPF, pollution, and oxidised sebum are fully cleared.

Step 2: AHA Exfoliating Lotion — PM only, 2–3x per week
After cleansing, face and neck, avoid eye area. Leave overnight. Start twice a week. Always SPF the next morning. Non-AHA nights: skip to step 3.

Step 3: Vitamin C Brightening Serum — AM & PM
After cleansing (and after AHA has absorbed on treatment nights). Press into the face and neck. Use Facial Massager immediately after to maximise penetration.

Step 4: Eye Cream — AM & PM
Use your ring finger, (it applies the least pressure important around the eyes) to gently pat a pea-sized amount around orbital bone. Use Facial Massager with light pressure over eye area. Never rub.Apply before your moisturiser.

Step 5: Moisturise — AM & PM
