Step 1: Cleanse AM & PM
Blue Wrist Washbands. Apply Superfood Gel Cleanser to damp skin.Massage in gentle circular motions across the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water or use your Reusable Makeup Pad. Double cleanse both AM and PM.

Step 2 — AHA PM only, 2–3x per week: 
After cleansing, apply to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on overnight. Do not rinse. Start with twice a week and build up. Always use SPF the following morning. Non-AHA nights: skip to step 3.

Step 3: Hyaluronic Serum AM & PM
Apply Hyaluronic Serum to damp skin immediately after cleansing. Damp skin maximises absorption. A few drops, gently pressed in across the face and neck. Supercharges everything that follows. Use Facial Massager after.

Step 4: Eye Cream AM & PM
Use your ring finger (it applies the least pressure important around the eyes) to gently pat a pea-sized amount around the eye area. Use  Facial Massager under the eye, outer corners, along the brow. Don't rub. Less is more here. Apply before your moisturiser.

Step 5: Moisturise AM & PM
