How to Use:
Mix one serving into water, smoothies, or your preferred drink daily, as part of a balanced, nutritious diet.
DIRECTIONS
Simply add 7g daily to water, juice or your favourite smoothie. Mix well with a spoon and consume immediately.

Replace the metal lid after each use to keep airtight. Store in a cool dark place and away from direct sunlight. This is not designed to be a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a healthy nutritional diet.
